Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as Zulily store credit, minus any applicable shipping fees.
